Facilities: Dispersed horse camping nearby with several box stalls. Trailhead to Tom and Jerry Trail 1084 and wilderness access is about 1/2 mile farther up FS Rd 3795-600.
FOURMILE LAKE HORSE CAMP
From I-5 in Medford you take Highway 62 to White City (note: the map incorrectly says Eagle Point). Hwy 140 heads east from White City right where the new Big R store is (ranch supplies). Go past the junction with Forest Service Road 37 and continue another 7 miles to Fourmile Lake Road. Turn North. Proceed another 6 miles on the gravel road to the Fourmile campground.
It would be adviseable for riders to pick up a map of the Pacific Crest Trail from the Rogue River National Forest office in Medford. There are a lot of trails out there. Map
