Note: I generally use Splenda in place of sugar and whole wheat pastry flour in place of part of the white flour to cut down the calories and refined sugars and increase fiber and all that other good stuff. If that's not your cup of tea, you can pretty much always substitute sugar and/or white flour for these items.
