Underwater Photos
Snorkeling and
Diving

Snorkeling is so much fun. It is a window to another world.
I got a new camera housing for my digital camera and now I have real underwater pictures. The throwaway underwater camera pictures I used to take can now be thrown away.

Here's some photos............
A Pipefish near some soft corals.

A beautiful example of some Elk Coral.

Several fish here, the orange one in the middle is a Squirrelfish.

From the left, there is a Blue Hamlet, an immature version of a Stoplight Parrot Fish and an Indigo Hamlet.

Here I am diving down to find some more fishes. No place I would rather be.

The start of a Scuba Dive.

This is Ryan, who was one of our guides on the sea kayak trip, getting into the water.

Looking up toward the surface through coral and a sea fan.

This is at about 40 feet deep and you can still see the surface pretty clearly.

Parrotfishes on the Reef.

Looking up at the wall. It goes down as far as you can see like this with lots of nooks and crannies for fish.

This is at about 50 feet deep so the light for the camera is getting a little murky.

Here is a video of snorkeling that I took near the town of Oak Ridge.
