Backcountry Skiing

Photo Page

I am a backcountry skier who enjoys getting out away from all the people and finding the perfect line through the powder. Climbing the hill and skiing across the flats is part of the fun of it too. I love fresh powdery snow. I hate resorts. Don' t ask me where I like to ski because I am not sure I want to let everybody know so they can spoil it for me. Backcountry skiing is becoming popular and secret places are getting found. Some of these slides don't tell you where they are and there is a reason. I like the place too much to let everyybody know. You know what I mean.

I have done a little traveling to find those special places to enjoy the white world. There are pictures here to document that. There are still some places on the list though. We must continue to explore!

Enjoy the fresh ones While you can.......................
