Our camping setup. On our guided tour we carried everything we needed and had great food. The guides did a good job of giving us the best food available.

Behind our campsite. The wind picked up and we got marooned in our campsite for 3 nights. But it was a nice camp spot.

Jungle hike. We went for a hike behind camp. There was a thick overgrown trail heading up into the hills behind camp. This is a tropical dry forest. Not as thick and lush as a tropical rainforest but pretty thick and green nonetheless.

I took a hike up onto the hill above camp to see what I could see. I saw the sea. And a nice view of where our camp was.

Whiteface monkeys. Ocasionally you would see a couple of monkeys buddying up like this on each other's back. I saw one couple moving through the treetops with another full size monkey on it's back like this like it was not a big deal.
