This young gentleman was found in a box of my Grandma Wilson's pictures. She died when I was ten (we won't tell you how long ago that was) and my dad could not identify him. In fact he has visited the Wilson Family Reunion several times over the years. He is still labeled 'Young Gent'.
[Update 17 Jan 2004. This young man has been
tentatively identified as Alfred Clarence "Kie" McKay, my grandmother's first
cousin once removed and her brother-in-law.]

Bertha Jane Hoopman b. 23 September 1907
Walter Ray Hoopman b. 25 March 1910
Ralph Andrew Hoopman b. 24 January 1912
This one is labeled 'Millie's Kids". It took twenty years to figure out who Millie is and who the kids are.

My dad identified the two ladies on the outside. He said Pearl is on the left and Daisy on the right. As it turns out Pearl Etta Wilson Smith is in the center with her husband Andrew Jackson Smith in the chair. The lady on the left is Pearl's daughter Millie Jane Smith. Pearl's daughter Bertha May Smith is on the right.

This picture was sent to me by a Fowler researcher. Again an unlabeled picture. He thought it might be Sarah Jane Fowler and her family. From the family resemblance to the Wilson male descendents and the width of the feet on the dad I agree with his assessment. From the left Edward Wilson b. 12 August 1837, Florence C Wilson b. 5 March 1881, Harris W Wilson b. 21 May 1885, Sarah Jane Fowler Wilson b. 25 May 1857. In the front row Edwin Wilson b. 9 April 1888 and Grace Maude Wilson b. 27 Feb 1890.
